Draws held at the Advancement Offices, Thompson Rivers University, 815 University Dr, Kamloops BC V2C 0C8. Full licence available on request from the Foundation office. Chances of winning depend on the number of tickets sold.

Rules of play

How the draw works

  1. 1
    Open to TRU employees paid through payroll who are 19 or older and in British Columbia at the time of purchase.
  2. 2
    Tickets are $5.00 each, purchased by payroll deduction only, with a total of 19,999 tickets available across the licence period.
  3. 3
    Draws are held every second Wednesday, the day before payday, at 11:55 a.m. at the Advancement Offices, 815 University Dr, Kamloops. The pot closes at the payroll cut-off.
  4. 4
    The winner receives 50% of that draw's gross ticket sales. The remaining 50% funds TRU student awards.
  5. 5
    Winners are notified by email and posted on this site. Prizes are paid by cheque within 10 business days.
  6. 6
    Foundation staff who administer the draw are not eligible to play.
